Bollywood actor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, is known for his remarkable acting alley boy Back in 2019, Gehrayan admitted that he was on the verge of walking out of the film due to his intimate roles with co-star Deepika Padukone. in Gehrayan, which was directed by Shakun Batra, the story explores complex themes like relationships, betrayal and passion. Yet the very process of imaging these layers proved challenging for theory.

In a recent conversation with Filmfare, Siddhant recounted an unsettling incident during the shooting of a poignant scene with Deepika. The mounting pressure became so intense that his father and producer Karan Johar had to intervene. Siddhant recalls his father giving him some valuable advice; He said, “Imagine how eagerly 99% of India would embrace this opportunity. Why are you holding back? It is time you act responsibly by showing professionalism and maturity (sic).”

In a state of doubt about the future course of his acting career, one finds solace in his father's wisdom. He asked them to redefine and shape their careers for success. Recognizing the immense potential of collaborating with prestigious entities like Dharma Productions, mega-star Deepika Padukone and talented director Shakun Batra, Dad encouraged them to embrace the opportunity, seize the moment and make the most of it.

The artist went on to say how his introverted nature made things difficult for him. He added, “I have never made the first move in my life. Karan called me and said, 'What's the problem?' And I told him everything. He was like, 'Dude, you're a professional and just act like one. This is your job' (sic).”

In the same interview, Siddhant shared a personal anecdote about screening the film for his parents. Overcoming fear, I watched the film with him from a distance, he said. After the screening, he sought his father's opinion about the film. His father praised Siddhant's acting skills but felt that the intimate scenes were too overpowering. Trying to justify, Siddhant explained that he was only following the direction of the director. Nevertheless, his father generally appreciated the film.

Siddhant's relatives gave an interesting reaction to his film. He shared that his family was in awe, thinking he was incredibly dramatic in his portrayal, as if he was living their dreams on screen. Despite their efforts to focus on the film's underlying message, they are more enthralled by the romantic sequences, often laughing at those parts. His mother's brother, in particular, kept a silent demeanor, responding only with laughter throughout the scene.
