After a sharp decline in intra-day trade, the 30-share BSE Sensex fell 109.08 points, or 0.14 per cent, to settle at 80,039.80 on sharp rallies by Tata Motors and Larsen & Toubro. . It fell 671 points, or 0.83 percent, to 79,477.83 during the day.
