The University of Delhi has announced the detailed schedule for the upcoming undergraduate admission rounds under CSAS (UG) for the academic year 2024-25.

New Delhi: Delhi University has announced the detailed schedule of upcoming undergraduate admission rounds under CSAS (UG) for the academic year 2024-25. University as per schedule The upgrade window will open from August 31 at 5 PM (IST) to September 1 at 5 PM (IST). During this period, candidates admitted in Round I and Round II can opt for upgrading to a higher category preference. Additionally, they can reorder their preferred programs and college combinations that rank higher than their current allocation.

If the candidate gets upgraded seats in Delhi University they will be allotted directly at college level. However, admission will be determined only after approval of any difference fee.

The university will announce the revised allotment on September 3 at 5 PM. Candidates will be given time till September 4 to accept the allotted seats.

The deadline for payment of full entry fee is 6th September (IST) by 5 PM.

Mid entry window

If a candidate misses the earlier stages of CSAS (UG) 2024, the mid-admission window will give them another chance to apply.

However, this provision is only available from 7 September 5 PM to 9 September 5 PM. In this, participants have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000 for mid-entry.

Candidates earlier rejected in Round I and Round II due to incorrect subject mapping or failure to meet programme-specific eligibility may correct their preferences during the mid-admission period.

Third Round Allotment

Candidates who want to be considered for the third round should carefully review the vacancy matrix and prepare their preferences accordingly. Preferences submitted by 4:59 PM on September 9 will be used for subsequent allotment. It is important to note that the cut off and rank for the third round will not be related to the previous rounds.

The third round of UG admission will be announced on September 11 at 5 PM (IST). Candidates have to accept the seats till 13 September 2024 5 PM (IST). The college will then verify the applications on September 14 at 5 PM (IST). Candidates must pay the fee by 5 PM (IST) on September 15 for third round admissions.

The university will release the list of vacancies on September 5 at 5 PM (IST), allowing candidates to review the available options before choosing their preferences.
