New Delhi: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) will release the NEET PG 2024 counseling schedule anytime soon. Candidates can check MCC NEET PG Round 1 Counseling Date at mcc.nic.in. As per media reports, NEET PG counseling is expected to start in the second week of September 2024. A separate booklet will be released by the designated counseling authority for NEET-PG 2024 detailing the counseling process and applicable reservation.
NEET PG Result declared on 23 August 2024. Candidates can check NEET PG Rank and Result at NBEMS website https://natboard.edu.in/ and https://nbe.edu.in. Each question in NEET-PG is reviewed by experts in the respective subject to check the technical correctness of the questions as well as the answers after conducting the National Eligibility Entrance Test-Post Graduate (NEET PG). According to subject experts, none of the questions were found to be technically incorrect.
NEET PG 2024 Result: NEET All India 50% quota seats will be released separately
Merit position for all India 50% quota seats will be announced separately. The final merit list/category wise merit list for state quota seats will be prepared by the states/UTs as per their eligibility/eligibility criteria, applicable guidelines/rules and reservation policy.
NEET PG Counselling: NBEMS NEET PG Individual Scorecard on/after 30th August
Individual scorecards of candidates who appeared in NEET-PG 2024 can be downloaded from the website https://nbe.edu.in/ on 30 August 2024. The NEET PG exam was conducted on August 11 in two shifts.
NEET PG 2024 Counselling: MCC Round 1 Registration Dates Soon; Check Eligibility Percentage
Eligibility criteria for participation in counseling for allotment of PG seats conducted by designated counseling authority will be as per Post Graduate Medical Education Regulation, 2023 notified by MoHFW, NMC with prior approval of Govt. of India.
- General/EWS: 50th percentile
- SC/ST/OBC (including PwD of SC/ST/OBC): 40th percentile
- UR PwD: 45th percentile
What is NEET PG Rank?
- NEET-PG 2024 Rank: This is the candidate's overall merit rank among all the candidates who qualified in NEET-PG 2024.
- All India 50% Quota Rank: This is the overall merit rank of the candidate out of all the candidates who have appeared in NEET-PG 2024 and are eligible for All India 50% Quota counseling and valid for All India 50% Quota MD only. /MS/ PG Diploma Course (2024-25 Admission Session).
- All India 50% Quota Category Rank: This is the overall merit rank of the candidate in the category (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) selected by the candidate in NEET-PG 2024 among the eligible candidates of the same category. All India 50% Quota is valid for Counseling and only All India 50% Quota for MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses.
Only those candidates will be eligible to participate in the All India 50% Quota Counseling for the 2024-25 admission session who fulfill the eligibility criteria provided by the designated counseling authority for the All India 50% Quota seats.
