Paris Olympics 2024 Day 11 Live Updates: Tokyo Games gold medalist Neeraj Chopra will finally be in action as he looks to book his place in the men's javelin final while India's men's hockey team enters the gold medal clash with Germany.

The moment the entire nation has been waiting for at the ongoing Paris Olympics 2024 has finally arrived as Tokyo Games gold medalist and defending men's javelin champion Neeraj Chopra will finally be in action on the 11th day on Tuesday (August 6). Neeraj will be part of Group B of the men's javelin qualification starting at 3.20 pm IST.

Another Indian javelin thrower – Kishore Jena – will look to join Neeraj in the final and will compete in Group A, which starts at 1.50 pm IST. The Indian men's hockey team will look to secure their first silver medal since the 1960 Rome Olympics when they take on Germany in the semi-final at 10.30 pm IST.

Besides, veteran grappler Vinesh Phogat will look to take one last shot at glory when he takes to the mat in the 50kg pre-quarterfinals against Japan's Yui Suzuki. In table tennis, the men's team consisting of veterans Achanta Sharath Kamal, Harmeet Desai and Manav Thakkar will be seen playing against China in the pre-quarterfinals.
