New Delhi: Last date for lodging objections dt Joint CSIR-UGC NET JULY-2024 Provisional Answer Key is today, 11th August, 2024. The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the joint CSIR-UGC NET answer key at https://csirnet.nta.ac.in/ on Friday. . Candidates who are not satisfied with the answer key can challenge it by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.200 per question.

  1. Please visit NTA website https://csirnet.nta.ac.in.
  2. Login with your application number and date of birth. Enter the Security PIN as displayed and submit.
  3. Click on “View Question Paper” for marked responses and to view answer key or challenge, click on “Click/Click to View Challenge Answer Key” link.
  4. You will see the question IDs in sequential order.
  5. The ID next to the question under the 'Correct Option' column is the correct answer key used by NTA.
  6. If you want to challenge this option, you can use any one or more options given in the next four columns by clicking on the ID check box ☑
  7. After clicking on your desired option, scroll down, 'Save your claims' and proceed to the next screen.
  8. You will see a display of all option IDs you have challenged.
  9. If you want to upload supporting documents you can select 'choose file' and upload (all documents are to be placed in one pdf file only).
  10. Click on 'Save your claims and pay fees' or click on 'Modify your claims' to modify the claims.
  11. After saving the claims, you will see a screen showing your challenges.
  12. Please pay the fee by clicking on 'Pay Fee'. Claims will be finally saved after successful payment of required fees.
  13. Select the mode of payment and pay the non-refundable processing fee @ Rs. 200/- for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the JOINT CSIR-UGC NET JULY, 2024 on 25, 26 and 27 July 2024 at 348 examination centers in C Country for 2,25,335 candidates in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

The challenges given by the candidates will be verified by a panel of subject experts. If any candidate's challenge is found to be correct, the answer key will be revised and applied to all candidates' responses accordingly. Based on the revised final answer key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key decided by the experts after the challenge will be final. No challenge will be accepted after 11.08.2024 (PM 11:50).
