The ranking of higher education institutions under the ninth edition of the National Institutional Ranking Framework will be announced on August 12, 2024.

New Delhi: The ranking of higher education institutions under the ninth edition of the National Institutional Ranking Framework has been announced today, 12 August 2024. “India Ranking 2024 will be released on 12th August 2024 at 3 PM,” read a statement on the official website. National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) was approved by MHRD and launched on 29 September 2015 by Hon'ble HRD Minister. NIRF Ranking Overall Category, Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Colleges, Architecture, Law, Medical, Dental, Research and Agriculture.

This year, the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore maintained its dominance as the best higher education institution in the country by bagging the top spot for the fourth year in a row. Check the full list here.
