Arshad Warsi slams Prabhas' look in Kalki 2898, calls him 'clown'

Arshad Warsi is clearly known for his opinions and in a recent interview he candidly shared his thoughts on Nag Ashwin's blockbuster Kalki 2898 AD. The actor also expressed his opinion about Prabhas and his performance in the film. While Warsi praised Amitabh Bachchan's portrayal of Ashwathama, he was less impressed with Prabhas.
Arshad said during Samdish's Unfiltered podcast, “I watched Kalki 2898 AD, which I didn't like. It hurts me so much when… Amit ji was incredible! I can't understand that guy. I swear, if I had a fraction of his power, my life would. It is unreal.”
“Prabhas, I am so sorry, but why was he like a clown? why I want to see Mad Max, man, I want to see Mel Gibson in there. What have they made of him? Why do filmmakers do this? I don't understand,” Arshad added.

Kalki 2898 AD became one of the biggest blockbusters of the year, grossing over 1100 crores worldwide and breaking several records at the box office in its first month of release. The film has a star-studded cast with Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan in pivotal roles. The film also features cameos by SS Rajamouli, Mrinal Thakur, Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan and Ram Gopal Varma. Director Nag Ashwin is already gearing up for the second part of the film.
During the conversation, Arshad also discussed Rajkummar Rao's performance in Srikanth. He praised the actor saying, “I saw Srikanth and I liked him a lot. Rajkumar excels in that.”
