• Central Research Team (Product Lead): MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or CA/CFA from a Government recognized University or Institute Preferred Qualification: Preference: NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst Certificate/CFP/NISM 21A or 21B.
• Central Research Team (Support): Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics/Management/Mathematics/Statistics from a Government recognized University or Institute.
• Project Development Manager (Technology): MBA/MMS/PGDM/ME/M.Tech./BE/B.Tech./PGDBM from Govt recognized University or Institute.
• Relationship Manager: Graduate from Govt recognized University or Institute

Selection will be based on shortlisting and interview-with-CTC negotiations.

• Shortlisting: Mere fulfillment of minimum qualification and experience will not entitle the candidate to be called for interview. A shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will determine the shortlisting parameters and thereafter sufficient candidates will be selected for interview as decided by the Bank. Bank's decision to call candidates for interview will be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Selected candidates will be called for interview.
• Interview-with-CTC Negotiation: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. CTC negotiations will be done one-on-one with the candidates at the time of interview
