- If you are a new user, sign into the portal by providing basic details.
- Once registered, fill the online application form.
- Pay the application fee. Upload the required documents.

Earlier in July, the university had issued an important notification regarding issuance of disability certificate. As per official notification, Directorate General of Health Services has issued list of Centre(s) (Annexure-I) which will issue Disability Certificate as per 21 Benchmark Disabilities to candidates applying under RPWD Act – 2016. PWD category. “Therefore, aspirants applying for admission under NEET UG 2024 in the state of Punjab must approach any designated center for issuance of disability certificate for the 21 benchmarks described under the RPWD Act 2016,” reads the official. Instructions Candidates should bring their valid certificate in prescribed format from any designated center during document verification/eligibility check.
