New Vande Bharat Superfast Train between Udaipur City and Agra Cantt.; Check routes, stops, timings

Vande Bharat Express Train: Indian Railways has taken a significant step to enhance passenger convenience and boost tourism by launching a new tri-weekly Vande Bharat Superfast train service between Udaipur city and Agra cantt. The new service aims to efficiently connect major tourist destinations, making travel between Agra, home of the Taj Mahal, and Udaipur, known for its picturesque lakes, faster and more convenient. Earlier, the journey between these two cities could take 14-17 hours, but with the launch of the high-speed Vande Bharat Express, the journey time is expected to reduce significantly.
The new rail service will benefit tourists by allowing them to see many of the region's attractions in a single journey. With the improved connectivity provided by the Vande Bharat Express, passengers can now easily visit the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, the majestic Taj Mahal and the serene lakes of Udaipur. The train will run from Udaipur to Agra Fort, with strategic stops at select stations including Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan, the gateway to the famous Ranthambore National Park. The initiative is poised to transform the travel experience and boost tourism in the region.
The train will depart Udaipur at 5:45 AM, stop at Rana Pratap Nagar Station, Mavali Junction, Berach, Chanderia, Kota and finally Sawai Madhopur at 11:03 AM. And then, the train will connect to Gangapur town at Bayna before making a final halt at Agra Fort at 2:30 PM.
