Indian-origin scholar Achinthya Sivalingam, hailing from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, has been arrested and banned from Princeton College within the US. This motion follows her participation in a student-led pro-Palestine encampment protest on campus grounds. The arrest, which passed off alongside one other scholar, Hassan Sayed, occurred after the scholars defied warnings and arrange tents within the College’s McCosh Courtyard.
